Project Managers are responsible for managing custom system installations from the sales process through project completion in such a way as to optimize profitability, promote customer satisfaction, and maintain the company’s reputation. From maintaining proper communication between company and all parties involved throughout the installation period to scheduling, coordinating, and conducting site walk-through's, including site inspections throughout the construction process and upon the completion of each phase of system installation, project managers ensure quality control.
Hands on, Skilled Technicians at SAV entails installing and servicing low voltage systems, including AV, lighting, shades, security and more. Proficiency in wired and wireless networks as well as the ability to read plan sets and architectural drawings is a must. Lead Technicians, in conjunction with the Project Manager, are the lead person for the SAV team on each job site. Security Coordinator/Office Administrator

Job Responsibilities and Duties:
Serve as the first point of contact for inquiring clients
Coordinate resources for Security-related service calls, including scheduling technicians and coordinating with monitoring partners, clients, and Security leadership
Coordinate with Security Director to ensure field work is appropriately scheduled and timely completed
Maintain project documentation that is complete and in-line with scope of work
Confirm all equipment and materials are requested, staged, and arranged to be delivered to worksite
Confirm payment has been received from clients prior to product orders
Review and request prompt submission of change orders for re-design
Schedule and conduct project review and update meetings
Provide high-level customer service
Reduce Accounts Receivable aging through effective communication and timely invoice submission
Cross-train to assist other members of the administrative team
Qualifications and Education:
High school diploma
Ability to coordinate people and processes; to quickly learn to read and understand technical specifications and blueprints; and to communicate well with architects, builders, clients and staff
Ability to perform calculations, analyze reports, meet deadlines, and engage in strategic and creative problem solving
A great attitude and strong work ethic
College degree and/or courses in technology, electronics, project management and/or construction
Two years of experience in the Security industry with preferred experience in project coordination and/or project management in the installation process

Strategically partner with the executive team to meet company objectives
Manage direct report in the completion of bi-weekly payroll, including deductions and reimbursements
Administer employee benefits in partnership with insurance broker
Handle recruiting, hiring, on-boarding and off-boarding, and arrange training for employees
Handle employee relations and performance management issues and liaise with outside employment counsel
Draft and maintain employment-related policies, templates and forms
Maintain corporate org charts and draft monthly employee newsletter
Help select and implement an HRIS system; maintain employee records
Partner with marketing and admin teams in organizing corporate events

Luxury Window Treatment Consultant & Installer
SAV Digital Environments is a home automation company that provides installation and service for high-end residential and commercial AV systems. This position is responsible for the design, sale, specification, measurement, ordering and Installation of our custom window treatment solutions including but not limited to motorized, roller, solar and roman shades as well as drapery and wooden blinds for high-end residential spaces.
Job Responsibilities and Duties:
Partner closely with local design consultants to ensure clients have a seamless end-to-end experience.
Perform measurement and installation appointments for our custom window treatment solutions.
Provide our clients and industry partners with a world-class experience. throughout each consultation, measurement and installation appointment.
Become skilled at using SAV’s shade and software systems.
Direct installation technicians in their work on large projects.
Communicate and partner regularly with Sales, Design, Production and Service Departments while in the field and on-site.
5 - 10 plus years of client-facing experience in sales, specification, design, measurement and installation of custom window treatment solutions required.
Must be experienced at using SCT (Shade Configuration Tool) for preparing quotes.
Must be extremely detail-oriented in measuring, specifying and accurately ordering custom window treatment products.
Must have the ability to install motorized products, program remotes, operate apps and integrate these products with various control systems.
Experience specifically with the installation of custom window coverings including motorized shades, blinds, shutters, roman shades and drapery treatments.
Must have a professional attitude, excellent communication and customer service skills, and an entrepreneurial spirit.
Must have the ability to work independently or on a team and have the skills to stay on schedule and maximize billable time throughout the day.
Must be able to read and interpret construction plans.
Must have basic carpentry skills and the ability to operate hand tools such as drills and saws.
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and climb up and down ladders.
Must be able to work safely from a ladder as needed, up to 25 feet high.
